BOOKINGS CONFIRMATION PERIOD
All block bookings are to be confirmed and paid a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival at the camp during
Low Season and 14 days prior to arrival during High Season. Rooming lists must be submitted to the camp’s
reservations departments a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival. Bookings done and not paid for will be
released at the discretion of the camp, without notice to the agent if payment is not received in 7 days in
advance of the booking during Low Season and 14 Days during High Season.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings requiring cancellation must be advised in writing. Cancellations are only accepted on written advice.

0 – 7 days / NO SHOW 100% cancellation
8 – 14 Days: 50% cancellation
High Season
0 – 7 days / NO SHOW 100% cancellation
8 – 14 Days: 50% cancellation
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking and the balance 7 days prior to the arrival of the
clients during Low Season and 14 days during High Seson. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit
will be released automatically and without prior notification. All payments made by cheque must be cleared
prior to the arrival of the clients. In the event a cheque is returned by the bank as “unpaid” for any reason the
agent shall replace the payment by cash and additionally agrees to pay the returned cheque fee thereof. The
agent agrees to pay any and all costs, including legal fees, court costs and any other expenses incurred by
Wajee Mara camp in the collection of unpaid invoices, returned cheques or default payment.
Any dispute regarding an invoice must be received by Wajee Mara Camp accounts department within 4 days
of invoicing and the only amount in dispute may be deducted from the invoice and payment due, which must
be made within the specific time limit. Default of undisputed payment may result in Agent’s clients being
refused admission to the camp until payment is made.
Consistent default will result in cancellation of this agreement.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
One-month notice will be given. The termination of this agreement does not liberate the Company from any
prior payment commitments to the agreement

The terms and conditions of this agreement will remain confidential to the named parties.
